Terms and conditions
Last updated: 17.10.2026
This is a translation for your convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the German version is binding.
1. Scope and contracting party
1.1 These general terms and conditions (“terms”) apply to contracts between TRUE Training GmbH, Süsswinkelstrasse 3, 8864 Reichenburg, Switzerland, UID CHE-140.535.325, email info@truetraining.ch (“TRUE”, “we”), and you (“you”) for:
- the online programs TRUE Compete, TRUE 60, TRUE HYROX and TRUE Pregnancy,
- the 1:1 coaching TRUE Individual,
- TRUE’s own events.
1.2 Section 10 applies to Performance Camps, section 11 to athletic training and section 12 to merchandise.
1.3 We provide our programs via the FITR platform, on the web and in the TRUE Training App for iOS and Android, which is built on FITR. FITR is operated by Fitr. Holdings Limited, United Kingdom. Your contracting party for the programs is TRUE, not FITR. You pay the price to us. FITR’s terms of use also apply to the use of the platform. In the relationship between you and TRUE, these terms take precedence.
1.4 Deviating terms only apply if we agree to them in writing.
1.5 Mandatory provisions protecting consumers take precedence over these terms.
2. Conclusion of the contract
2.1 The presentation of our offers on the website, in the app and on social media is not yet a binding offer. The information in the order process on FITR or in our individual offer is decisive.
2.2 The order process for the online programs works as follows:
- You choose a program on our website or in the app and, where offered, the billing period.
- You are redirected to FITR and create an account or log in.
- You enter your payment details.
- Before completing the order, you see the program, price, billing period and any trial period, and you can check and correct your entries.
- By clicking the button to purchase or to start the trial, you place a binding order.
2.3 The contract is concluded when you complete the order process. You receive a confirmation by email.
2.4 You must be at least 18 years old to conclude a contract. Young people aged 16 and over need the consent of their legal guardians.
2.5 Your details must be true and complete. Your account is personal.
3. Prices and payment
3.1 The prices stated in the order process on FITR or in our individual offer apply. They are in Swiss francs (CHF). They are final prices and include any applicable VAT. TRUE charges no further fees.
3.2 Payment runs via FITR and is processed by the payment service provider Stripe. The payment methods offered there apply. Subscriptions and TRUE Individual are charged in advance at the start of each billing period, one-time programs when you order.
3.3 If a payment fails, we may block access until the payment has been received.
3.4 Any fees charged by your bank or card provider, for example for payments in a foreign currency, are borne by you.
3.5 We notify you of price changes for ongoing subscriptions and for TRUE Individual by email at least 30 days in advance. They apply from the first billing period that starts after this notice period. If you do not agree, you can cancel beforehand.
4. Free trial
4.1 You can try TRUE Compete and TRUE 60 free of charge for 7 days. The trial is available once per person.
4.2 To start the trial, you enter your payment details. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, it automatically converts into a paid subscription with the billing period you chose. The first payment is due when the trial ends.
4.3 If you cancel the trial in the app or in your FITR account before it ends, you will not be charged.
5. Subscriptions (TRUE Compete and TRUE 60)
5.1 Subscriptions are available with a billing period of 1, 6 or 12 months. The subscription starts with the first paid billing period.
5.2 At the end of each billing period, the subscription automatically renews for the same duration unless you cancel it beforehand. If the mandatory law of your place of residence requires that a consumer contract may only be extended for an indefinite period after the initial term and must then be terminable with a notice period of no more than one month, this also applies to you. If you cancel during an extended billing period in this case, we refund the amount already paid for the time after the end of the subscription on a pro rata basis.
5.3 You can cancel your subscription at any time in the app or in your FITR account. An email to info@truetraining.ch is also sufficient. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and stops all future payments. You keep access until then. We do not refund billing periods already paid for, not even on a pro rata basis, unless sections 5.2, 5.5 or 7 or mandatory law provide otherwise.
5.4 We continuously develop our programs and may adapt content, tracks, cycles and structure as long as the character of the program is preserved. There is no entitlement to specific workouts or formats.
5.5 We may terminate a subscription with 30 days’ notice to the end of a billing period, for example if we discontinue a program. For periods already paid for after the end of the subscription, we refund the pro rata amount. Termination without notice for good cause (section 14.4) remains reserved.
6. One-time programs (TRUE HYROX and TRUE Pregnancy)
6.1 TRUE HYROX is a 12-week program. TRUE Pregnancy is a program for pregnancy, structured by trimester. You pay once. There is no automatic renewal.
6.2 You receive access in the app immediately after payment. Access lasts at least as long as you need to complete the program: for TRUE HYROX at least 12 weeks from purchase, for TRUE Pregnancy until the end of your pregnancy.
6.3 Once access has been granted, we do not refund the purchase price unless section 7 or mandatory law provide otherwise.
6.4 Section 13.5 also applies to TRUE Pregnancy.
7. Right of withdrawal for consumers resident in the EU or EEA
7.1 Swiss law does not provide a general right of withdrawal for contracts concluded online. A right of withdrawal therefore only exists where mandatory law provides for it. If you are a consumer with your residence or habitual residence in an EU or EEA state, you have the following right of withdrawal.
7.2 Right of withdrawal: You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the contract is concluded. If you start a free trial, this is the day you start it. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (TRUE Training GmbH, Süsswinkelstrasse 3, 8864 Reichenburg, Switzerland, email info@truetraining.ch) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement, for example by email or letter. You may use the model withdrawal form in section 7.7, but it is not obligatory. If the platform through which you concluded the contract provides an electronic withdrawal function, you can also use it. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
7.3 Effects of withdrawal: If you withdraw from this contract, we reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw. We carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment you used for the initial payment, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. If you requested that a service begin during the withdrawal period, you pay us an amount proportionate to what has been provided until you informed us of your withdrawal, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.
7.4 Early expiry for digital content: For contracts for digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, such as our programs in the app, the right of withdrawal expires once we have begun supplying the content after you have expressly agreed that we may begin before the end of the withdrawal period, you have acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal, and we have confirmed the contract to you on a durable medium, for example by email.
7.5 Early expiry for services: For service contracts, such as TRUE Individual, the right of withdrawal expires once we have fully performed the service, provided that you expressly agreed beforehand that we may begin before the end of the withdrawal period and acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal once we have fully performed the contract.
7.6 There is no right of withdrawal for contracts for leisure services with a specific date or period of performance, for example our events (Art. 16(l) Directive 2011/83/EU).
7.7 Model withdrawal form: If you wish to withdraw from the contract, complete this form and return it to us.
To TRUE Training GmbH, Süsswinkelstrasse 3, 8864 Reichenburg, Switzerland, info@truetraining.ch:
I/We (*) hereby give notice that I/we (*) withdraw from my/our (*) contract for the supply of the following digital content (*) / the provision of the following service (*):
Ordered on (*) / received on (*):
Name of consumer(s):
Address of consumer(s):
Signature (only if this form is notified on paper):

7.8 Regardless of the right of withdrawal, you can cancel a free trial before it ends without being charged (section 4.3). No other rights of withdrawal, return or refund exist unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
8. TRUE Individual
8.1 You apply for TRUE Individual via the form on our website. A coach reviews your application. If TRUE Individual is a good fit for you, we hold an initial consultation. The initial consultation is non-binding. There is no entitlement to admission.
8.2 After the initial consultation, you receive an individual offer from us with the scope of services, price and start date. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer, usually by purchasing TRUE Individual on FITR via the link we send you.
8.3 TRUE Individual includes individual programming in FITR, ongoing adjustments and communication with your coach. The exact scope of services is set out in our offer.
8.4 TRUE Individual is billed monthly in advance via FITR. The contract runs for an indefinite period.
8.5 You can cancel TRUE Individual at any time to the end of the current billing period, in the app, in your FITR account or by email. We can cancel with the same notice. We do not refund billing periods already paid for unless section 7 or mandatory law provide otherwise.
8.6 Either party may terminate without notice for good cause. For us, good cause exists in particular if safe coaching is no longer possible or if you seriously breach these terms.
8.7 Inform your coach about complaints, injuries and medical instructions that are relevant to your training, and about any changes. We only process this information with your explicit consent (see privacy policy). If you provide no or incomplete information, we can only tailor your training to your situation to a limited extent.
8.8 TRUE Individual is training coaching. It is not medical, physiotherapeutic or clinical nutrition advice or treatment.
9. Our own events
9.1 You register for TRUE events in the way stated in the event description. The contract is concluded with our confirmation of registration. The price, services and participation requirements are set out in the event description. The participation fee is payable in advance.
9.2 If you withdraw your registration or do not take part, we do not refund the participation fee unless the event description provides otherwise. Until the event starts, you can name a replacement who meets the participation requirements. Let us know their name by email beforehand.
9.3 We may cancel an event, for example if there are too few registrations, if coaches are ill, due to official measures, severe weather or force majeure. In that case, we refund the participation fee paid in full. There are no further claims, for example for travel or accommodation costs. Section 16.1 remains reserved.
9.4 You are responsible for adequate accident and liability insurance.
9.5 We take photos and videos at events for our communication. Details are set out in the privacy policy.
10. Performance Camps
10.1 Performance Camps are organised and sold by our partner Fitnessholiday. Your contracting party for booking, payment, travel, accommodation and cancellation is Fitnessholiday. Its terms apply.
10.2 As Fitnessholiday’s partner, TRUE leads the training on site. The guidance in section 13 also applies to it.
11. Athletic training for clubs and associations
Our quotation and the respective individual contract apply to athletic training. These terms only apply where the individual contract refers to them.
12. Merchandise
Our merchandise is available in the external shop at boxprint.store/truetraining. The shop is operated by Boxprint (Limitless Power GmbH, Kriens). Orders, payment, delivery, exchanges and returns are governed by Boxprint’s terms. These terms do not apply to purchases in the shop.
13. Health and personal responsibility
13.1 Training involves risks, for example injuries, overload or cardiovascular problems. You train on your own responsibility.
13.2 If you are unsure whether a program is suitable for you, get medical advice before you start. This applies in particular if you have pre-existing conditions, injuries, pain or take medication, after a longer break from training, during pregnancy and after giving birth.
13.3 Stop training immediately if you experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, chest pain or other unusual symptoms, and seek medical help.
13.4 You choose load, scaling and exercise variations to match your level. You ensure a suitable training environment, intact equipment and, where necessary, spotting. Our guidance on loads, pace and scaling is for orientation.
13.5 TRUE Pregnancy: We recommend that you only start TRUE Pregnancy after clearance from your doctor or midwife and that you remain under medical care throughout your pregnancy. Stop training immediately if warning signs occur and contact your medical care provider, for example in case of bleeding, leakage of amniotic fluid, regular painful contractions, dizziness, headache, chest pain, shortness of breath before exertion, or pain or swelling in the calf. TRUE Pregnancy does not replace medical prenatal care.
13.6 Our programs, notes, Brain Box and Nutrition Box serve training and general information. They are not medical advice, diagnosis or therapy.
13.7 Training results depend on many factors. We do not guarantee specific results.
14. Rights of use and conduct
14.1 All content of our programs, for example workouts, plans, videos, texts and notes, is protected by copyright and belongs to TRUE or our licensors.
14.2 For the duration of your contract, you receive a personal, non-transferable and non-exclusive right to use the content privately for your own training.
14.3 Without our written consent, the following in particular is not permitted:
- passing on your login details or account or sharing them with others,
- copying, passing on, publishing or selling content,
- using content for group training, classes or coaching other people.
14.4 In the event of violations, we may block access and terminate the contract without notice. In this case, we do not refund amounts already paid. Claims for damages remain reserved.
14.5 What you share in FITR or in the app, for example results, comments or videos, must not infringe the rights of third parties. You allow us to use this content for your coaching and, where the app provides for it, in community features such as leaderboards. For other purposes, for example on social media, we ask you first. We may remove offensive or unlawful content.
15. Availability of FITR and the app
15.1 FITR and the TRUE Training App are operated by third parties. We strive for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance and faults are possible.
15.2 If a program is unavailable for a longer period due to a fault, we provide it to you in another way where possible, for example by email or as a PDF.
15.3 We may change the platform as long as you continue to receive equivalent services. We will inform you in good time.
15.4 You are responsible for a suitable device, an up-to-date operating system and internet access.
16. Liability
16.1 We are liable in accordance with the statutory provisions for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence by us or our auxiliaries. The same applies to damage resulting from injury to life, body or health.
16.2 Otherwise, our liability for slight negligence is excluded. This applies in particular to indirect and consequential damage such as loss of profit, to loss of data, and to outages or faults of FITR, the app, the app stores, the payment service providers or the internet.
16.3 If you do not follow the guidance in section 13, perform exercises improperly or use unsuitable equipment, this may reduce or exclude our liability.
16.4 Mandatory statutory liability, for example under the Swiss Product Liability Act, remains reserved. If mandatory consumer protection law of another state applies to your contract, the limitations in this section only apply to the extent that this law permits them.
17. Data protection
Our privacy policy explains how we process personal data. FITR’s privacy policy applies to processing by FITR.
18. Changes to these terms
18.1 We may change these terms for objective reasons, for example due to new legal requirements, new features or a change of platform.
18.2 For ongoing contracts, we notify you of changes by email at least 30 days before they take effect. If you do not agree, you can terminate the contract before they take effect. If you do not terminate, the amended terms apply from the date they take effect. We point this out to you in the notification. If mandatory law requires your express consent to a change, we will ask for it.
18.3 For new contracts, the version published at the time of the order applies.
19. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction
19.1 Swiss law applies, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (Vienna Sales Convention). For consumers, the mandatory protective provisions of the law of their place of residence or habitual residence remain reserved, to the extent they apply.
19.2 The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of TRUE Training GmbH in Reichenburg SZ.
19.3 The mandatory places of jurisdiction apply to consumers. Consumers resident in Switzerland can bring an action at their place of residence or at our registered office. We can only sue them at their place of residence (Art. 32 Swiss Civil Procedure Code). For consumers resident abroad, in particular in a state party to the Lugano Convention, the mandatory places of jurisdiction provided there remain reserved.
20. Final provisions
20.1 These terms are available in German, English and French. In case of discrepancies, the German version prevails.
20.2 If any provision of these terms is invalid, the remaining provisions remain valid. The invalid provision is replaced by the statutory provision.
20.3 We are happy to answer questions about these terms at info@truetraining.ch.
